The minimalist design is exactly what I wanted, and the weight in my hand feels balanced and precise. It slices through desserts cleanly, and knowing it's handcrafted in a small Portuguese village adds a nice story to the table.

Using this at the table felt like a tiny ceremony, it's so well-balanced and elegant. The minimalist lines look even better in person, and you can tell the hand-polished finish took real skill. I've already ordered a second one for guests.
