Got these as a gift and they've become my everyday knives — the stainless steel has that lovely weight without feeling clunky. You can tell they're properly made, the finish is smooth and even after weeks of daily use.

The balance is perfect, and the blade has a satisfying weight that makes spreading butter feel effortless. It's clearly built to last, with that classic, understated look that fits right in with my other kitchen pieces.
